Given the nature of our editing assets being digital products, all sales are final.
We will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at via our Online Store, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All returns must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as custom vhs case, thunderbolt cable, etc.) Shipping and handling fees from your original order and the cost to ship it back to our facility will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Tropic Colour tech support staff, in its sole discretion, to be defective. You have 20 days from the day you receive your order to file a return. If the Space Shuttle SSD has been used or shows signs of use in any way, it is not eligible for return. When you subscribe to our service, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee associated with your chosen subscription plan. The billing date is determined based on the date you initially subscribed to our service.You can cancel your membership anytime, but you'll need to before your recurring monthly billing date if you don't want to be billed for the following month.
If you want to cancel your membership, please do so before your recurring monthly billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. You'll need to make cancellations through your online account on our website or by contacting our customer support team.Suppose you cancel your membership after your recurring monthly billing date. In that case, you will not be eligible for a refund for that particular month, and your membership will be active for the following month.If you cancel your membership within the time left in your billing period (before your next recurring monthly billing date), your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of your subscription until the automatic cancellation takes effect.
Unless you cancel your membership before your recurring monthly billing date, your subscription will automatically renew for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.
