Given the nature of our editing assets being digital products, all sales are final.
We will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at via our Online Store, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All returns must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as custom vhs case, thunderbolt cable, etc.) Shipping and handling fees from your original order and the cost to ship it back to our facility will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Tropic Colour tech support staff, in its sole discretion, to be defective. You have 20 days from the day you receive your order to file a return. If the Space Shuttle SSD has been used or shows signs of use in any way, it is not eligible for return.
