HOW IT ALL STARTED
It all began in a small warehouse in downtown LA in 2018. But even before the first prototype was made, the idea for Prism Lens FX goes all the way back to 2013 when Tom & Jake first met.
Coming up shooing music videos for 10+ years, Tom & Jake wanted to build an in camera solution to create in camera FX. And so... Prism Lens FX was created!

Look, obviously we have a site (Tropic Colour) that is dedicated to "Doing it in Post"... but we'll be the first to admit that sometimes it's easier to do "in camera"
