THE BARRACKS
The Barracks is an Industrial 1920's warehouse in the heart of downtown LA. This location was started in 2019, after Tom & Jake decided that after years of renting warehouses for their own music video shoots, it was time to open up their own. Since opening, it has been the backdrop to projects for YG, Lil Wayne, Rubi Rose, among 1500+ other bookings over the last 4+ years!

HONEYMOON INN
The Honeymoon Inn is a time machine to 1970's! An immensie amount of research and thought went into every prop, design choice, and buildout to make sure everything is complelty period accurate. We built an entire house inside of a warehouse from the ground up with filmmakers in mind. Everything from a Den, Kitchen, Bedroom, Motel Room, Motel Office, Pink & Gold Rooms, to so much more! This location has been the vintage backdrop to artists like Jhene Aiko, Cali Uches, the Lakers, to 1000+ other shoots!

THE ECLECTIC WEST
It was our dream to build our own film ranch... so we did! We bought a 40 acre lot in the SoCal desert, which we designed to be the ultimate playground for filmmakers. It features everything from a desert gas station, an airplane crash, a cabin, an autoshop, to 40 acres of open desert land! Our film ranch has been the desert backdrop for Wiz Khalifa, Papa Roach, and Fender Guitar!

THE LODGE
We wanted to build a church. As crazy as that sounds, the reason behind this was that permitting associated with renting a church for film production involves a lot of red tape. So we decided to build our own. We added our own take on it to, giving it a more neon / cinematic aesthetic!

1 TAKE STUDIOS
This is our most recent studio, and we wanted to take everything we had learned from buidling severals studios in LA and build something in Arizona! It features a pre-lit white cyc, vintage rooms, a podcast studio, a 90's room, and a jail interogation room! this all in one studio has been used for music videos, reality TV shoots, commercials, and events!
